424 INOCULATION OF STUDENTS

Immunization clinics may be permitted by the board under the following conditions: 1. All clinics shall receive prior administrative approval. 2. The County Public Health Nurse shall administer all school sponsored immunization clinics. 3. No inoculations or skin tests shall be given without parental permission registered by the parent's signature. 4. The school will keep a record of the student's immunizations throughout their school career as part of their health record.
